      Job Title: Background Review Specialist

      Job Description

      This position is responsible for reviewing background screenings that have been flagged due to issues identified during the check. The current backlog consists of 4000 background checks, with new ones coming in daily. You will work through a queue to review background checks flagged for misdemeanors and felonies. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines will dictate how to proceed based on the report. Upon making a determination, you will enter a note into the system for the recruiting and onboarding team.

      Work Environment

      This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must be local to the Memphis area.
