What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Liaise with clients to assess needs and facilitate interviews, trials, and hires of candidates
- Maintain client relationships for future referral-based orders
- Utilize applicant tracking software to manage operations and processes
- Implement ideas to increase job orders and business flow
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree
- Excellent business communication skills in sales and negotiations
- Highly proficient with Mac products
- Ability to learn various technology platforms
- Previous experience in domestic staffing field preferred
