  Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with service that exceeds expectations, showing sensitivity to their individual needs.
  • Create memorable connections and ensure each guest's experience is exceptional.
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and foster an uplifting work atmosphere.
  • Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
  • Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies.
  • Cross-train in departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
  • Work hard and have fun!

  Qualifications

  • High School diploma or higher;
  • Preferred experience in fast food or retail;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;
  • Acceptable verbal English communication skills;
  • Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills;
  • Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified;
  • Available to work at least 20 hours per week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred;
  • Must be at least 17 years of age to apply.

  This position involves moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, and standing for extended periods. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be added at any time.
