- Complete pre-operational production checklist and obtain approval before starting work.
- Inspect and properly receive ingredients, rejecting any with damaged packaging.
- Clean ingredient containers thoroughly before opening, using designated brushes.
- Pre-scale ingredients using digital scales and record lot numbers for each dough type.
- Monitor and maintain dough mixing and lamination processes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Assist in the production and packaging of Donuts, Danish, and Muffins.
- Ensure adherence to safety, GMP, and quality policies at all times.
- Participate in training and cross-training sessions.
- Provide rest break rotations and lunches to employees when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment during and after production runs.
- Monitor finished product quality and communicate with team members to resolve challenges.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and push/pull 50lbs continuously
- Capacity to stand for 8-12 hours a day
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Basic English language comprehension
- Non-slip safety shoes required
- Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards
- Experience in food production or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of machine operating and food handling
- Understanding of bakery processes and equipment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
