      About Us:

      Our Client is a renowned retail and wholesale bakery in North Hollywood, CA, seeking

      an experienced Bakery Operations Manager/Bakery Manager to lead our team. We are dedicated to

      providing high-quality baked goods and exceptional customer service.

      Job Summary:

      We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Bakery Operations Manager/Bakery Manager to oversee

      the daily operations of our retail and wholesale bakery. The ideal candidate will have a strong

      background in bakery management, production, and customer service.

      Responsibilities:

      - Manage daily bakery operations, including production, scheduling, and inventory control

      - Supervise and train bakery staff to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service

      - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue

      - Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

      - Build and maintain relationships with wholesale clients and manage orders

      - Collaborate with the ownership team to develop new products and menus

      - Analyze sales data and production costs to optimize efficiency and profitability

      Requirements:

      - 3+ years of experience in bakery management, Restaurant Maangement or a related field

      - Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and production methods

      - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

      - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or related field preferred

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - Experience with inventory management and control systems

      - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

      - Certification in baking and pastry arts or related field Preferred
