      General Summary

      The main function is to provide direction and support to team members in their designated area in alignment with the Area and Event Managers direction in event day operations. Primarily focusing on meeting the needs of the client/venue, patrons; solving problems, focusing on safety, identifying needs and concerns from a customer service perspective. The Lead Supervisor position will require the supervisor to create effective working relationships and to communicate timely and effectively with multiple client groups.

      Principal Duties and Responsibilities

      • Responsible for making sure team members provide exceptional customer service
      • Ensure the team members are given direction and given breaks.
      • Responsible for overseeing proper deployment of their staff.
      • Provide event day trainings for all door staff.
      • Organizing all operational goals with all door supervisors.
      • Provide on the spot training, mentoring and coaching of team members.
      • Responsible for making sure team members have an understanding of the venue so that they can direct guests appropriately.
      • Must be able to effectively communicate via radio to command, management and other employees.
      • Establish a good working relationship with venue employees, law enforcement and medical personnel.
      • Maintain compliance with all Argus company policies and procedures.
      • Resolve guest related issues, needs and concerns as they arise
      • Cultivate safety as a forethought for all team members.
      • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
      • Train new hires.
      • Monitor patron entry and exit for quality of work.
      • Monitor supervisor documents. I.E. Break sheets and post event reports.
      • Hold de-briefs with door supervisors.
      • Cultivate a culture of kudos and positive coaching.

      These positions are part-time with no additional benefits offered.
