- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Care related field or an NVQ Level 2 significant equivalent experience
- Significant administrative experience
- Experience of using all Microsoft applications
- Previous experience of working in a customer focussed environment
- Experience of using LMS Systems or Moodle
- Knowledge of ESR System

Job summary
You will form part of a quick paced team of experienced compassionate, supportive colleagues who are keen for you to join us.
We are a team of experienced staff who look after the organisations training blended and eLearning as well as our colleagues and each other.
Main duties of the job
To provide an efficient and affective administrative and training support service to the Blended and eLearning Lead and the Practice placement Lead. Act as first point of contact for staff in relation to eLearning and CPD training and dealing with all queries and requests. To provide administrative support to the wider Learning and Development team as and when required.
