Job summary
Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to play a key role in an exciting new initiative? We are seeking a Band 3 Administrator to support the delivery of a groundbreaking Elective Recovery Initiative that will help patients make informed choices about where and when they receive care.
This is a 24month fixed term full time position - 37.5hours per week.
Shift Pattern, cover will be required during core hours - 9am till 5pm or 10am - 6pm
This role is pivotal in facilitating patient choice, working closely with the internal DrDoctor team, the Operational Performance Team, and the Integrated Care Board (ICB) to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing high-quality administrative support for the Elective Recovery Initiative
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure patients are supported in making informed choices
Managing and maintaining IT systems related to patient pathways
Working collaboratively with teams while also using your initiative to solve problems independently
Supporting reporting and data management to help drive the success of the programme
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
A patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to clearly articular information to patients as well as external providers/hospital, therefore must be confident when speaking directly and digitally to key stakeholders
Confidence in working with IT systems and data entry
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A proactive mindset, keen to contribute to an exciting and evolving initiative
