- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related discipline of Criminology, Sociology, Social Work or other human services and completion of a Youth Probation Officer training program.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the community youth forensic services, and/or custody youth justice system.
- With more than 5 years’ experience working within the community, youth forensic or custody services.
- With experience at the supervisory or management level.
- Who have experience in policy development and training.
- Who have experience with quality assurance and responding to practice improvement.
- Who self-identify as First Nations, Métis, or Inuit with the required combination of education and experience.
- May require use of your own vehicle, with appropriate insurance, on an expense account basis.
- May require flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.
Apply your expertise in program and policy analysis to support exceptional service delivery
Reporting to the Director-Youth Justice Program Support, the Analyst is part of a small team with extensive responsibilities related to developing, analyzing, and evaluating Community Youth Justice and Youth Custody Services policy and procedures, providing support to staff, Managers and Executive, delivering/organizing training and supporting the federal cost sharing claims.

Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work from home a few days a week subject to an approved telework agreement.
