Job summary
Undertaking maintenance, repairs, minor improvement and capital work across the Trust as directed by management, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for calibration and fault finding on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment (Low Pressure Hot Water Systems, General Air Conditioning Controls and Systems, Steam Raising Plant and associated equipment, Steam Sterilisers, Medical Gas Pipe Systems and Natural Gas Systems).
The post-holder will be required to work a split shift system and to participate in the out of hours emergency on-call rota.
