  This is a full time(37.5 hours per week)opportunity.The community nursing team works across 7 days per week 08.00 20.00.

  A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

  Main duties of the job

  This is an opportunity to put your NMC/ 1stlevel registration to great use, you will have the ability to work both independently and also as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. It is expected that youshould have strongcommunication and organisation skills and a flexible approach which will ensureyou deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of theirhealthcare journey.

  Job responsibilities

  If you are a community nurse with NMC/1stlevel registration wed love to talk to you about having you join the team.

  You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.

  A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

  As a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse youll be part of our valued Swanley and Rural PCN Team based at Dartford Central
