      Job description

      Job responsibilities

      In this role you will:

      - You will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team and independently manage a varied and complex caseload.

      - You will provide a variety of assessments, plan and implement interventions, evaluate treatment and ensure safe discharge.

      - You will provide both specialist occupational therapy assessments and offer strength based, recovery focused approach with the aim of enhancing daily living skills, and engagement in meaningful and purposeful activities.

      What youll need and be able to provide evidence for:

      - You will be HCPC registered.

      - You must possess MSc/BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy.

      - You will have demonstrable experience completing ADL Reports.

      - You will have an understanding of MOHO Ax tools.
