      Job summary

      Are you a motivated, enthusiastic registered physiotherapist wishing to work in a busy Acute Trust?

      Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is looking for registered physiotherapists or soon to graduate physiotherapists to join our Band 5 Rotational Team.

      You will have the opportunity to rotate every 6 months, through core and specialist clinical areas including: Orthopaedics, Frailty, Acute Medicine/Surgery & Critical Care, MSK Outpatients, Stroke Unit, Paediatrics, Burns & Plastic Surgery and Spinal Cord Injuries.

      You will develop a wide range of clinical experience and be supported with your professional and personal development by our friendly therapy teams.

      Main duties of the job

      The post holder will provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients across a range of clinical settings (including Orthopaedics, Frailty, Acute Medicine/Surgery & Critical Care, MSK Outpatients, Stroke Unit, Paediatrics, Burns & Plastic Surgery and Spinal Cord Injuries.)

      The post holder will participate in the 7-day working rotas and out-of-hours on call rotas when they have the appropriate experience.

      The post holder will have good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for working with patients, carers and the wider multi-professional team.

      The post holder will work within their professional code of practice and guidelines.
