- Graduate CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and development) or equivalent post graduate level training, knowledge and experience.

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with relevant experience and specialised interest in Job Evaluation.
Working within the People Directorate as part of the Group People Services, the post holder will lead and support the delivery of a high-quality group Job Evaluation service using the Agenda for Change (AfC) Job Evaluation Scheme and National Profiles.
This role offers opportunities for flexible working, home working and professional development.
This is a part time role for 30 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to support Managers in drafting and reviewing job descriptions/ person specifications, conduct detailed analysis of roles and participate in Job Evaluation panels as well as working alongside the Site/ Corporate People teams to ensure there is consistency and robust governance and compliance.
The post holder will also be required to lead projects in the standardisation of job descriptions across each of the staff groups within the Trust. As a member of our team the post holder will deliver high quality and professional advice to managers and staff whilst ensuring compliance with all HR policies, procedures and standards. The post holder will be managing the Assistant People Advisor who will support with the administrative co-ordination of the full job evaluation process, and responding to People related FOI's and Subject Access Requests.
