- Contribute to the delivery of Specialist Autism Team Post Diagnostic Pathway with access to professional advice and guidance.
- Be responsible for their own workload with support around prioritisation.
- Work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team and with other agencies.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training to others in relation to individual clients.
- Supervise the work of assistants, Band 5's, volunteers and students as required when fully registered with RCSLT.

We have the exciting opportunity for Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join our Specialist Autism Team. You will be working across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland as part of a wide-ranging MDT, supporting a huge variety of Autistic patients with communication difficulties.
You will be working in homes and other community settings with carers, families and the individuals themselves to ensure that everyone is included in the planning and delivery of care. Please note that a full UK Driving License and access to a car during working hours is required for this role.
You will find us a supportive team, with lots of supervision, CPD opportunities and the chance to develop special interests. We have fun too, with regular health and wellbeing activities that we would love you to be a part of.
