      Job summary

      An amazing opportunity has arisen in the Coronary care Unit (CCU) to work as a clinical senior nurse to support the nursing team in providing specialised care to our cardiology patients. You will work alongside our nursing teams helping to support the junior skill mix of nurses with our cardiology wards of CCU and Gardenia. You will lead in training and supporting the team to increase their expert knowledge and specialised skills within house training and be an expert resource to help provide specialised nursing care for our patients. You should have RGN registration with proven cardiology nursing experience with a recognised cardiology course.       Main duties of the job

      The postholder will co-ordinate the clinical activities on the ward. Planning individualised patients care, teaching and developing both trained and untrained staff and undertaking ward administration duties as directed by the ward manager. She/he will deputise for the ward manager as and when necessary.
