      Position: Middle School/High School Band Director

      Description: Director of High School Band with strong Marching Band Tradition
      Director of Middle School Band with strong desire to build beginning skills

      Requirements:
      - Major in Music Education (JQ or JX)
      - Current State of Michigan teaching certification or the ability to obtain

      Preferences:
      - Previous experience in Music Education
      - Ability to work effectively with a diverse student and parent population
      - Evidence of a strong work ethic and high energy level
      - Strong background in marching band and summer band camp organization
      - Strong background in Jazz Band and Competition
      - Ability to work with Band Boosters effectively

      Starting date: As soon as position is filled

      Deadline to Apply: Until filled

      Salary: Per the Master Contract
