- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with online navigation and problem-solving
- Prioritize customer care and find the right options for their needs
- Maintain a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
- Provide exceptional service using provided equipment, procedures, and tools
- Receive coaching and feedback to improve performance

Additional Information:
- Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $18.59 per hour
- Additional incentives may be provided as part of a total compensation package
