Job Responsibilities:
- Majority of shift spent on inbound calls, assisting customers with online navigation and providing solutions
- Focus on customer care and finding the right options for each customer's needs
- Work from home with a quiet workspace and minimum internet speeds
- Provided with all necessary equipment and comprehensive training
- Utilize procedures and tools to strengthen customer relationships
Qualifications for Success:
- Reliable and committed to working scheduled shifts
- Resilient and able to cope with rejection
- Positive energy, competitive drive, strong communication skills
- Open and willing to receive coaching and feedback
- Bonus points for 1+ years of related experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.59 per hour
- Additional incentives may be provided based on location, experience, education, and skill level
