What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer service inquiries and issues via telephone, digital, or chat channels
- Utilize computerized systems to respond and troubleshoot customer questions
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced call environment
- Utilize empathy and effective communication skills to respond to customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle back-to-back calls
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and procedures
