- Booking and departing patients on one of our busy reception desks
- Working in our medical records departments, ensuring patient notes are available for all patient appointments
- Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
- Supporting the Senior Administrators including typing of clinical correspondence and adding patients to waiting lists
- GSCE or NVQ L2 equivalent
- Previous Administration experience
- Vocational Level 3 in administration
- Experience of providing a service to patients or customers
- Knowledge of, and adherence to, General Data Protection Regulations
- Experience of using electronic systems
- Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of media
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Knowledge of Referral to Treatment rules and guidelines

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Clinical Administration Service Admin Bank.
Our administration team play a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway and supporting the wider team.
Whilst previous administration experience is desirable, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting and those with a 'can do' attitude.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
