      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate and organize work across multiple bank card internal/external systems and processes
      - Provide data analysis to support operations and business objectives
      - Drive process improvement initiatives by gathering and documenting business requirements
      - Produce and distribute operational reports related to product and process development
      - Act as a liaison with various departments to resolve problems and enhance processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience in product development and managing applications support
      - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
      - Experience in business process analysis and workflow improvement recommendations
      - Familiarity with card processing and configuration, preferably with vendors like Fiserv or Visa
      - Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work across various levels of the organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in system administration of UNIX/Linux/RHEL and Windows operating systems
      - Knowledge of network flows and controls
      - Familiarity with innovative product development practices such as design-thinking and lean startup approaches
