      Job Responsibilities:
      - Resolve cardmember inquiries related to fraud or security concerns, such as verifying flagged transactions and reporting fraud accounts.
      - Handle incoming calls and referrals, and occasionally make outbound calls.
      - Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management.
      - Maintain a quiet workspace and a minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS upload if working from home.
      - Receive all necessary equipment, including monitors, laptop, keyboard, mouse, headset, and comprehensive training.

      How You'll Contribute:
      - Handle inbound servicing calls, ensuring excellent customer service while completing necessary fraud verification.
      - Collect relevant information and complete fraud reports when customers confirm unauthorized account activity.
      - Follow up or escalate accounts based on call outcomes.
      - Make outbound calls to verify account activity with customers.

      Required Qualifications:
      - High School Diploma or GED.
      - 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

      Compensation:
      - Base pay for this position ranges between $17.00 to $18.59, with additional incentives based on a market competitive total compensation package.
