What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve complex cardmember inquiries related to fraud or security concerns
- Conduct research on customer fraud claims and validate claims
- Provide excellent customer service on inbound calls and escalate issues as needed
- Document all investigative activities and follow-up with customers
- Complete necessary fraud verification processes and reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in Fraud, Customer Service, or related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work remotely with necessary equipment and internet speed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish for handling specific calls
- Experience in handling identity theft and fraud investigations
