- City & Guilds 706/1 or equivalent (NVQ/Apprenticeship Level 2)

Job summary
We are looking for Chef's to join our Facilities Bank to work on a flexible basis on an 'as and when' basis when shifts become available, working at our various sites across the Trust including:
Blossomwood Hospital, Mansfield, NG17 4JT
Sherwood Oaks Hospital, Mansfield, NG18 4GW
John Eastwood Hospice, Mansfield , NG17 4HJ
Further discussion about our sites and availability to work at these will be discussed at interview.
Previous experience of a busy catering environment is a requirement.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the provision of the patient, staff or visitors meals by undertaking specific outlined and approved processes and procedures to ensure the quality and food safety of meals at service are safe and appropriate and within the guidelines of food hygiene legislation.

Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa.
As this is a Bank position the salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
