- Bank Reserves Pilot (SPB and SPI)
- To run all the daily routines regarding the SPB operation (opening and closing SPB cabin and all Core Banking systems, balance outstanding amounts between the different Central Bank channels/accounts, oversight clients’ operations).
- To execute capital allocation in accordance with Company's Policies and Compliance requirements (financial operations ie. Repurchase/Definitive Operations and Rediscount).
- To execute financial reconciliations between Client's operations (ie: Pix) and internal systems (ie. SPI vs Accounting vs Clients bookings)
- To Identify, prevent and resolve issues, questions and problems related to the correct functioning of SPB/SPI
- To support other areas (ie. Tech, Accounting & Finance) in matters related to financial operations, clients’ transactions or related
- To coordinate and/or support updates and fixes on the core banking systems, via interactions with internal or external teams
- Working in STR-WEB contingency
- Approving messaging catalog (SPB/SPI), products and preparing test scenarios
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and obligations with the Central Bank
- Relationship with Partners, Market and Central Bank
- Creation/Updating of Treasury Manuals and Policies
- 5+ years of relevant experience in banking reserve pilot
- Strong skills in treasury and banking operations
- Solid experience in managing banking reserve for Pix operations
- Extensive experience in financial products, financial back-office operations and banking relations
- Desired experience in managing bank reserve for other operations, such as payments, fx, credit card
- Preferable experience in Matera system (bonus)
- Completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or related areas
- Hands-on profile, committed to the business throughout the operation
- Proactive, communicative and with a sense of responsibility.
- Advanced Excel
- Differential: work with data from different sources and format
