Job summary
We are seeking experienced and compassionate carers to join a 2:1 package of care in Herefordshire. This young gentleman has ADHD, severe Learning Disabilities, and non-verbal communication. He thrives on continuity of routine, personal understanding and requires a calm approach with lots of patience.
The young gentleman is active, and likes taking part in basic day-to-day tasks. He enjoys going out into the community and requires support to aid him in his independence. He may become excited and distressed several times throughout the day, and requires support with regulating his emotions.
Main duties of the job
This is a 2:1 package of care, that requires intense daily support managing a young gentleman's personal needs, independence and goals.
