Job Description

- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service and acting as the face of the Bank.
- Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring Bank products and services and directing clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
- Perform quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision.
- Work effectively as part of a team on all assignments.
- Maintain high levels of personal reliability and punctuality.
- Sell Bank products and services through in-person and phone interactions, meeting referral standards set by management, and potentially opening new accounts using the Banner Way sales process.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- At least 2 years of teller experience, including sales with established goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Windows-based PC applications and calculators.
- Basic math, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone and email etiquette.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills with excellent customer service.
- Availability to work branch hours.
- Targeted starting hourly range based on experience: $X.XX - $Y.YY.
