      Your role

      • Support a structured, sustainable and effective system of execution, governance and control for CCAR processes, including: the assessment of stress testing results during 1st and 2nd LoD review meetings and other governance forums and; any inquiry related to Banking CCAR results
      • Support Banking team (1st line) with management / strategic overlay process, including review of supporting documentation and required governance
      • Prepare materials in support of BUSA 1LOD model and affiliate risk oversight efforts, which includes: schedule of risk/control deliverables; review affiliate/vendor oversight process; periodic review/enhancement to policy, procedure and controls
      • Provide program/project management for key strategic/regulatory change initiatives
      • Work collaboratively with others to develop strong relationships inside and outside the Banking Group
      • Prepare and/or review documentation, supporting material and obtain sign-offs from stakeholders
      • Develop strong working relationships with Business, Finance, Risk, Technology, Data Management Office and other counterparts across the organization
      • Carry out activities and duties in full compliance with regulatory requirements, UBS Risk Framework and internal UBS Policies and Standards

      Your team

      The Banking Strategic Regulatory & Model Risk team, program monitors 1LOD model risk, manages the capital adequacy planning execution, bank resolution planning, and supervisory feedback remediation. This team also contributes to strategic/regulatory change initiatives in the Banking group.

      Banking CCAR & Strategic Regulatory Analyst will support Banking group’s CCAR and ICAAP execution, including PPNR forecasting, capital stress testing, supervisory feedback remediation, and establishment of a BAU process for execution of capital adequacy planning.

      In addition support affiliate risk and strategic regulatory related efforts. Develop functional understanding of Bank and CUSO capital planning and related policies, as well as regulatory guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements and other initiatives.

      You will have exposure to UBS Bank USA product teams and frequent interactions across functional, and cross divisional stakeholders.

      As a member of the team, you will bring risk, regulatory, financial industry experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience with program/project management, audit/ compliance/regulatory/controls, workflow, and risk is essential.

      Your expertise

      • Undergraduate or graduate degree in finance, business, or related field
      • 3 years or more experience in audit, financial planning and analysis, risk management, risk control, or compliance
      • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
      • Strong problem solving/analytical and influencing skills, effectively work with cross-functional teams
      • Attention to details and project management skills
      • Experience in managing implementation or change projects
      • CCAR experience or practical understanding of relevant regulatory environment preferred
      • Excellent MS-Office knowledge
