- The Banking Specialist I promotes strong and lasting Customer relationships in a Call Center environment by providing quality Customer Service and Sales in an efficient and highly professional manner.
- Achieves a high level of success by understanding Customer needs and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
- Provides exceptional Customer service by meeting all Customer demands as they relate to relatively straightforward inquiries, with the support of more experienced personnel
- Displays a positive, professional tone, exhibits empathy when required, delivers key attributes and provides a WOW! experience for the Customer
- Takes ownership of Customer concerns and resolves Customer issues at the first point of contact
- Arrives on time and log-in ready to receive/make Customer calls as scheduled throughout the shift
- Identifies and refers high-value or potential Customers to the appropriate personnel Skills:
- Ability to work in a busy telephone call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic data entry and PC skills
- Going to be taking the customer's information and onboarding onto the new platform.
- Will be using Salesforce, excel

- High school diploma or GED required.

Job Title: Banking Specialist
Duration: 6 months Contract
Work Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Work Type: Ideally Hybrid ( if hired on, would be able to report to Mt Laurel Office)
Can be fully remote – within 30 minutes of a branch location. East Coast.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, can be flexible for shift times
Pay Range: $22/Hr
