Responsible for selling, organizing, and monitoring banquet functions. Schedule staff for functions and evaluate banquet service and set-up staff. Maintain payroll and gratuity records. Coordinate menus and other banquet function details with clients to ensure client satisfaction. Negotiate billing arrangements for banquet functions.
• Sell, organize, and monitor all banquet functions.
• Staff, schedule, and evaluate banquet service and set-up staff.
• Maintain payroll and gratuity records.
• Coordinate menu and other details of banquet function with client to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Requisition and maintain control over inventories of china, glassware, silverware, equipment, and uniforms.
• Negotiate billing arrangements and payment collection for banquet functions.
• Interact and coordinate details with other departments.Qualifications
