Job Description

- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as required to meet the needs of the Company’s business operations.
- Set up and break down function rooms and event spaces based on group specifications and hotel standards.
- Refresh banquet rooms throughout events according to the schedule and service expectations.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of all banquet equipment and service areas.
- Maintain safe food and beverage handling practices in alignment with hotel, brand, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless event service and support.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
- Stay knowledgeable about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or events industry preferred.
- Familiarity with banquet room setups (e.g., theater, classroom, U-shape) and standard equipment.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper sanitation procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude.
- Knowledge of local attractions and events is a plus.
