- Refill glasses, clear plates, and keep dining areas clean and organized.
- Handle all financial transactions for guests.
- Set up and maintain buffet stations and beverage service areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with the Banquet Captain and other team members to ensure a smooth event flow.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment; You'll need to stay on your toes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of banquet experience. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
- Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
- This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Obtaining a Food Handler's Card and a State Issued Alcoholic Beverage License is a must for this position.
