Oversee the breakfast service in the restaurant and ensure a warm, efficient guest experience
Manage and motivate a small team, ensuring duties are carried out with energy and attention to detail
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service
Assist with stock control, ordering, and cleanliness of the restaurant area
Support training and development of new staff members to build a strong morning team
Previous experience in a hotel or busy restaurant, ideally in a supervisory role
Someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys early starts
Passionate about delivering excellent service and going the extra mile
