Deliver exceptional levels of hospitality with every guest interaction
Contribute to the creation and presentation of bespoke seasonal cocktails
Maintain high standards in hygiene, health & safety, quality control, and cellar management
Assist with stock management and ordering
£12.60 per hour
Share of service charge
Regular one-to-one meetings and personal development planning
Permanent contract – 40 hours per week
28 days holiday per year (increasing to 29 after one year)

Bedruthan Hotel are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Bar Host to become a valued member of our fantastic team and support our Food & Beverage Managers in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
As a Bar Host, you'll bring a cheerful, professional approach to beverage service across all areas of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives top-notch hospitality.
We're seeking someone who ideally has experience in mixology and wine service, but above all, someone who is eager to learn, self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives as part of a team.
With the potential to serve up to 300 covers daily, including families and children during peak seasons, this is a role for someone who loves a challenge and works well under pressure.
