Job Description
- Req#: 5151468
- Responsible for cleaning of beverage and storage areas.
- Provides and replenishes beverage stock and supplies.
- Removes empty bottles and trash.
- Prepares necessary fruit for use as garnishes.
- Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor stored and supplies.
- Serves a back up for bartenders when necessary.
- Promotes outstanding customer service on a continual basis.
- Participates as a team member with bartenders, servers, supervisors, and all other pertinent employees in ensuring an efficient operation.
- Other duties as assigned by Department Manager and/or General Manager.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of beverages stations and equipment; responsible for replenishment of bar supplies.

Ability to work under pressure with multi-patrons requesting assistance. Ability to work well with diverse personalities. Ability to firmly deny drinks to patrons that may be past their alcohol limitations.
