- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to all guests in the restaurant and bar areas.
- Assist Behind the Bar: Support bartenders with stocking, prep, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Take Orders & Serve: Guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and accurately process orders.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure tables, bar areas, and service stations are clean and well-stocked.
- Support Team Success: Work closely with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
- Engage with Guests: Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests and ensuring they have a great experience.
- Follow Health & Safety Standards: Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (as required by local laws and regulations).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
