Why the Barclaycard Payments Graduate Programme?

As a Barclaycard Payments Graduate Analyst, you’ll join the team that stands as the leading credit card issuer in the UK, Germany, Spain, Portugal and the Nordics. At a time when success relies on innovation and visionary technological advancement, your enthusiasm and drive will help us stay ahead of the curve. It’ll be a challenge every day, but one where you’ll find huge support – from an expert team spread across 44 locations. Real responsibility, right away

As an analyst you’ll get an insight into what we do, how we do it, how our Barclays businesses fit together – and how your role fits in. And you’ll get exposure to the whole bank – giving you the opportunity to build a strong network and great prospects for development.

In your role, you'll engage in three rotations within our business, potentially exploring related areas of the Consumer Bank. These rotations will provide you with valuable insights into our operations, methodologies, and how different Barclays businesses align. This experience will help you understand how your role contributes to the larger picture and provide exposure across the entire bank, facilitating the development of a robust network and promising growth opportunities.

Within the Barclaycard Payments graduate scheme, the focus lies on cultivating digital skills, market awareness, customer/client interaction abilities, analytical proficiency, as well as fostering creativity, innovation, and the capability to offer fresh perspectives. Through these rotations, you'll also acquire essential experiences such as honing commercial decision-making skills, fostering self-awareness and relationships, and championing continuous improvement and innovation.

2-year rotational programme designed to give you depth and breadth of experience.
