      Responsibilities

      As a Bariatric Coordinator with Community Health Partners you will work with Bariatric patients and guide them through the surgical intake and navigation process. You will serve as a liaison between the doctors, patients, operating rooms and insurance representatives with the goal of scheduling surgery. You will also manage patient workup and takes initiative to define and resolve patient/physician issues.

      Qualifications

      Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Experience• 1 year of customer service experience required

      • 1 year of experience in healthcare preferred
