performing shift opening and closing duties as assigned.

greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, and food items in accordance with established service standards.

cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the store standards.

ensuring that proper food handling procedures are followed.

stocking and replenishing food, beverages and utensils as needed.

ensuring consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicating shortages as necessary.

efficiently serving customers by being knowledgeable about offerings.

assist with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockrooms, coordinating vendors, etc.

researching and resolving quality and service complaints and/or issues.

receiving, unloading and distributing deliveries.
- some may be scheduled for occasional sign waving shifts

other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The barista will be responsible for:
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be 18 years or older to apply

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
