  Palazzo Ripetta, Independent 5 Star Hotel in the heart of the Trident, is looking for Barman/ Barlady who want to join our team. Our search is aimed at figures who know how to be impeccable "hosts" to offer an excellent service, combining spontaneity and customization.

  Descrizione del lavoro

  • Controllare la preparazione delle bevande e garantire la qualità del prodotto servito;
  • Gestire la pulizia, l'ordine e il rifornimento della cocktail workstation;
  • Controllare regolarmente le aree di stoccaggio per garantirne ordine e pulizia;
  • Garantire il puntuale rispetto delle norme relative a Salute e Sicurezza e HACCP

  • Control the preparation of drinks and ensure the quality of the product served;
  • Manage the cleanliness, order and replenishment of the cocktail workstation;
  • Regularly check the storage areas to ensure order and cleanliness;
  • Ensure timely compliance with Health and Safety and HACCP regulations;

  Qualifiche

  • Esperienza consolidata in Hotel 5 stelle;
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese sia parlata che scritta. Sarà ritenuto un requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di altre lingue;
  • Ottime capacità di Team Working;
  • Disponibilità e motivazione a lavorare in un ambiente cortese, sempre attento a prestare il miglior servizio agli ospiti e con volumi importanti;
  • Sarà ritenuto un requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di Vini

  • Consolidated experience in 5-star hotels;
  • Fluent knowledge of both spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages will be considered a preferential requirement;
  • Excellent team working skills;
  • Availability and motivation to work in a courteous environment, always attentive to providing the best service to guests and with large volumes;
  • Knowledge of wines will be considered a preferential requirement

  • Turno 5 su 7 gg settimana, senza turni spezzati;

  • Si valutano candidature residenti a Roma e provincia in quanto non è previsto alloggio

  • Classification and contractual level as per current law;
  • 5 shifts out of 7 days a week, without split shifts;
  • Meal vouchers;
  • Stimulating and creative work environment;
  • Applications residing in Rome and the province will be considered as accommodation is not provided
