- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma
- Be located in Barranquilla or nearby
- Be able to work on-site
- Colombian Citizenship or work permit
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to communicate effectively & clearly.
- Communicates effectively positively and diplomatically.
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to empathize with the customer.
- Ability to build and gain the customer's trust by listening & understanding, and where possible, exceeding their needs.
- Basic PC knowledge.
- Ability to multitask.
- Skilled in accurate data entry.
- Answer Incoming Calls to customer service Lines.
- Provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.
- Successfully complete and approve training and quality requirements.
