About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our guests have an enjoyable experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy weight
• Excellent guest service skills
• Groomed appearance
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Regular and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fine dining
• Knowledge of wine and spirits
• Certification in bartending or mixology

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations

Skills:

As a Bartender, you will use your bartending skills to prepare and serve beverages to guests. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive motions will ensure that you can keep up with the demands of the job. You will also use your guest service skills to engage with guests and anticipate their needs. Your ability to lift and carry heavy weight will be necessary for stocking and maintaining inventory levels. Finally, your ability to stand for long periods of time and maintain a groomed appearance will ensure that you are able to provide exceptional guest service.
