- Ensure guest satisfaction for all guests through proper progression of service sequence.
- Be fully conversant with a wide array of specialty drinks and cocktails.
- Adhere to all pouring standards.
- Card all guests, not serve or allow service of alcohol to minors, not serve guests who appear to be intoxicated.
- Have the ability to service multiple tables and guests in an efficient manner.
- Know all menu item ingredients, be conversant with the cooking techniques of each item, know the correct presentation of each menu item.
- Know how to efficiently operate the POS system.
- In all guest interactions associate must always be professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or at least one (1) year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or bartender or another related field.
- Previous hotel-related or customer service experience desired.
- Must be team oriented, empathetic, friendly and show initiative.
- Must be able to represent the hotel in a professional manner to hotel guests.
