- Be at least 21 years of age
- I.P.S (Training for Intervention Procedure) Certification required within 3 months of employment
- 1 to 3 years’ experience as a bartender
- Be able to make and serve beverages plus serve food
- Ability to negotiate with patrons regarding potential excess consumption
- Must be able to lift 20 pound boxes and stand for an 8-hour shift
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills required
- Point of sale literacy
- Ability to manage larger groups for special events
- Tips training and food handlers training

Under general supervision of the Dining Room Manager, the Bartender is making both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, setting up the bar area, serving food and drinks, cleaning and maintenance of the bar area, sales reconciliation and providing customer service. The Bartender is responsible for maintaining their tickets on point of sales and handling guest checks, credit card receipts and resident checks. Ensures that drinks, food and inventory are handled in accordance with sanitary standards and recognized food serving practices. This position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident
Pay Range $21.00 to $23.00. Part-time. Mondays through Saturday, from 3:30pm – 7:30pm.
