Job Responsibilities· Report to work at the assigned time in uniform, with name tag, state badge and POS card.
· Read Bulletin Board on daily basis in order to remain current on information regarding the day’s business.
· Complete a Daily Opening and Closing Inventory of Beverage products.
· Welcome guest upon arrival in a polite and professional manner
· Properly check Guest ID’s for serving of all alcoholic beverages.
· Prepare and garnish beverages according to standard recipe.
· Have full knowledge of the event beverage menu selection.
· Document all orders on P.O.S Computer, and place guest check in front of all guests.
· Maintain a clean work station.
· Ensure that all equipment is clean and functional.
· Take beverage orders in a calm, organized, polite and professional manner.
· Handle complaints calmly and to the best of your ability.
· Restock area.
· Responsible for cleaning your assigned work area, completing all side work
· Properly ring in all beverage items and close all types of checks
· Relay any problem situations to the manager or supervisor for immediate action.
· Responsible for bank, cash counting, reports and reporting of tips.
· All members of the Beverage Dept. are expected to be team player, hold the team concept and attend all required Beverage meetings.
Qualifications
· Knowledge of state liquor laws
· Knowledge of drinks and proper glassware
· Able to work in a fast and friendly manor
· Ability to attend all required trainings classes
· Must have flexible schedule
