The Bartender takes the lead in ensuring guests in the bar are getting the most out of their dining experience. Bartenders must be able to create classic and
innovative drinks. Beyond a detailed knowledge of the bar’s products, the Bartender requires an in-depth knowledge of our food, kitchen, team, and their movements throughout service. This position is actively involved in all parts of service, not just drink execution. This may include making recommendations on spirit or cocktail pairings throughout the meal or in various spaces within the restaurant. The bartender is responsible for keeping bars clean and attractive to exceed guest expectations.QUALIFICATIONS:
