Job Description
- Req#: 29644
- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant experience in bartending.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
- Successful completion of alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Adhere to all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification and verifying age.
- Ensure guests are not over-served.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external guests.
- Adhere to standardized drink recipes.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Stock supplies for the next shift.
- Clean, wash, and stock all glassware and bar supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
