      Under general direction from the Elite Athlete Services Manager, the Elite Athlete Services Representative is responsible for representing and managing a specific territory that consists of several professional and elite amateur hockey leagues, teams, athletes, and team personnel. This position is based in Minnesota.

      Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

      • Manage elite level hockey leagues, personalities, and their requirements for product and product servicing.
      • Manage custom product requirements for elite hockey players.
      • Provide details to the product design and production team to deliver specific product requirements.
      • Obtain product information/feedback and provide insight and testimonial on product in use for the purpose of advanced product design.
      • Determine process and approach to manage a league and or territory, deliver on objectives, and manage the expectations of the customer. Forecast and prepare travel within assigned territory.
      • Manage business plans specific to your territory and or league that require marketing asset selection and forecast on cost and develop strategy to start the presentation and negotiation process.
      • Plan, forecast, and prepare for execution of business plans and territory objectives.
      • Approve all final recommendations set out in territory objectives and business plans.
      • Manage effective relationships with unique personalities and celebrity status.
      • Travel within market for customer base face time, as needed.

      Qualifications:

      • BS or BA in Communication, Sports Management, or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
      • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in communications/outside sales.
      • Required to work irregular hours, including weekends.
      • Strong communication skills. (both written and verbal)
      • Excellent interpersonal skills.
      • Understands dynamics of professional hockey.
      • Ability to adapt to changing environment and emotion of hockey.
      • Extensive product knowledge.
      • Ability to quickly adapt to changing business landscape.
