- Plan, develop, and execute giveaways, events and experiences.
- Identify and create opportunities and experiences that are aligned to our brand purpose.
- Lead as the Bauer ambassador and host for all loyalty events, ensure a smooth and positive experience for our consumers.
- Deliver incredible and rewarding experiences in person and virtually.
- Collaborate with Bauer teammates to map out fiscal year calendar of giveaways, events and experiences.
- Coordinate each experience including travel & accommodations and partnering closely with the Loyalty Marketing Specialist on order entries, giveaway prize shipments, email correspondence, etc.
- Partner with the creative and social teams to identify key events to promote and capture content.
- Develop and maintain reporting on all events/experiences. Debrief and share findings with the team.
- Coordinate with external partners to confirm and acquire assets to include in the giveaways, events and experiences.
- Maintain spending within a designated annual budget.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of event planning experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with hosting clients/consumers.
- Experience with on camera interviews and content creation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive and a self-starter.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion & strong understanding of hockey or team sports is preferred.
- Travel (approximately 50%) including occasional evenings and weekends within North America as required.

This role can be based in either Mississauga, ON or Exeter, NH within our hybrid office work environment.
